Commission TOS

If you commission me, then you have read and agreed to all the terms listed below.

Rights and uses of the artwork:
- Client commissions are for personal use only, and is not be used for profit.- The client is allowed to use the artwork as a profile picture and banner or to repost the artwork so long as they credit me. (@/sauce_r on Instagram)- Nobody, commissioner or otherwise is allowed to mint my artwork into an NFT.- Nobody, commissioner or otherwise, is allowed to feed any of my artwork, whether commissioned or pre-existing, into any AI software.- Any and all art that I create is my own, and I own all rights to my work. I am allowed to post it on social media and include the artwork in my portfolio.- Unless commercial rights are purchased, I retain the right to monetize the work as I wish. This includes, but is not limited to, the production and selling of physical prints and other merchandise.

Payment:
- Payment is via PayPal only. A deposit of 50% must be paid before I begin sketching. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining fee must be paid in full before I complete the client's request.- If the commission is to be canceled for any reason after paying the 50% deposit, but before the final sketch is completed, then a refund will be provided. (I will keep 25% of the paid deposit.)

Process:
- Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if it is requested) for approval and revisions before I finish the entire artwork. Once the sketch is confirmed so I may continue working, refunds will not be provided unless it is issued at my discretion.
- Once the artwork is finished, I will send it for one final check and review. A maximum of 3 minor revisions may be requested.
- When the artwork is finalized and accepted, I will email the full resolution .png files to the client. I will also send .png files with watermark for social media posting.
